Couple of months back, my friends and I went to a clothes bazaar at Dempsey road, which I blogged about. I bought a very comfy pair of cotton/linen shorts which already looked a little grimy. I thought it could look purposely grimy instead of cheapo grimy if I upgraded the buttons on the shorts.
So I finally bought my buttons from Chinatown and they cost the same as the pair of shorts. The metal buttons with intricate patterns were very expensive at SGD 1.50 a piece.
This means that when this pair of shorts expires, I would need to remove and store the buttons before disposing of shorts. So troublesome. I'll probably forget and weep when I realise my oversight.
